About the event
This workshop is designed for South Asian young professionals who are high-functioning on the outside but internally tense, over-pressured, and unsure how to move forward without overworking or self-betrayal.
Many in the diaspora grow up navigating strong expectations around success, stability, and identity, often without space to pause or recalibrate. Over time, this can lead to fear-driven decision-making, hyper-hustle, and burnout. This session focuses on building the internal and interpersonal skills needed to navigate career pressure, identity expectations, and ambition without burning out or freezing.
Rather than offering career advice or step-by-step plans, the workshop creates structured space for reflection and dialogue. Participants will examine how external pressures, hustle culture, and black-and-white thinking shape their choices, and how to move forward in a more adaptive, grounded way — even without having everything figured out.
